NACS Roadmap

What’s coming next, in priority order.

1

Player Transfer Portal (NA)

  • Admin-editable current rosters for NA teams (overrides Valve VRS snapshot)
  • Public transfers timeline — chronological HLTV-style feed of player moves
  • Recent-transfers widget on each team page
  • Automatic detection via daily PandaScore/FACEIT roster snapshots, admin-reviewed before publishing
  • NA-only scope
2

Team Page Overhaul (HLTV-style)

  • Recent matches table with W/L, opponent, map, score
  • Head-to-head history vs specific opponents
  • Roster history (feeds off the transfer portal)
  • Per-map win rates
3

Player Page Overhaul (HLTV-style)

  • Rating, impact, opening kills, clutch stats
  • Per-map breakdown, performance trends, head-to-head records
4

Historical Ranking Tracking

  • Monthly snapshots of every region’s VRS list stored in the database
  • Rank trend indicators on each team ("↑ 3 spots since last drop")
  • Sparkline of a team’s ranking history on their team page
  • Enabled once we’ve collected a few months of snapshots
5

Match Page Enhancements

  • BO1 display: hide "Overall" tab when only 1 map
  • Round-by-round timeline if API supports it
6

Standings Visual Improvement

  • Team logos, alternating row backgrounds, better spacing
  • Games played column, win percentage, form indicator (last 5 results)
  • Group labels if championship has groups
7

Auto-Fetch ESEA Events

  • ESEA Organizer ID: 08b06cfc-74d0-454b-9a51-feda4b6b18da
  • Replace hardcoded static/events.ts with dynamic fetching
8

Mobile Polish

  • Denser layouts for the rankings table, playoff brackets, and standings on small screens
  • Touch-friendly tap targets and expand affordances
  • Horizontal-scroll bracket refinement so it never overflows the page body
9

Reliability & Rate-Limit Resilience

  • Background cache warmups so the site stays fast even when upstream APIs throttle
  • Longer cache windows on tournament and serie pages
  • Clearer "temporarily unavailable" states in place of misleading "not found" pages
  • Persistent last-known-good snapshots served from the database when upstream is down
